Complete the Contact Form above or email me directly at milou@intuitivehealingnyc.com to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. During this time, we will get to know one another and discuss your hopes for therapy to determine whether we are a good fit for achieving your goals. Based on this, we will schedule an intake appointment or I will connect you with one of the other wonderful providers in my network to begin your therapy journey.

My rate is $180 for a 50-minute individual session. In order to keep mental health care accessible, I offer sliding scale spots based on financial need. Please reach out for more information!

While I am not in-network with insurance providers, I offer clients superbills to receive out-of-network reimbursement which may be covered in part or in full by your health insurance plan. When using out-of-network benefits, clients are responsible for payment at the time of service.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking your provider these questions:
Do I have "out-of-network" mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
What is my "co-insurance"?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per session?
Is approval required from my primary care doctor?

I typically meet with clients on a weekly basis at the beginning of our work together. This consistent schedule helps us lay the groundwork for meaningful progress and growth. By taking the time to build our therapeutic relationship, we are able to create a collaborative, nurturing space where we can explore your experiences and goals with depth and continuity. The frequency of sessions is generally reassessed after 12 weeks or when we collaboratively determine that doing so will be supportive toward achieving your goals.
